Alba Mineral Resources plc has appointed Kobus Byleveldt as mine and operations manager at Clogau-St David’s gold mine.
Mr Byleveldt has more than 26 years’ mining and management experience within the gold mining sector in South Africa and Scotland, including in mine planning, construction and development.
He was most recently mine manager, for approximately 2.5 years, at the Cononish mine in Scotland, where he was also senior production supervisor and process plant manager.
Mr Byleveldt will help with the next stage of development at Clogau.
