Red Rock issues 44.4m shares for £20,000
Red Rock Resources plc issued 44,444,444 new ordinary shares at a subscription price of 0.045 pence per share to convert an advance of £20,000 by an existing shareholder. Following the shares issue the company’s issued ordinary share capital will comprise 4,830,265,010 ordinary shares, each with voting rights. None of the shares is held in treasury.
