Arkle shareholder increases holding to 6.32%
Arkle Resources plc noted that shareholder Andrew Batchelor has increased his shares in the company. He now owns 25 million ordinary shares, representing 6.32% of the issued share capital with voting rights compared with 20 million shares or 5.06% previously. Arkle’s website shows that the company’s largest shareholder is Jim Nominees Ltd with 64,764,583 shares (16.38%).
