Angus NED Paul Forrest sells 2m shares for £44,000

Angus Energy plc non-executive director Paul Forrest sold 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.002p each at an average price of 2.2 pence, for approximately £44,000. The sale on 7 October 2022 leaves Mr Forrest’s total shareholding in the company at 536,750,000 ordinary shares, representing 18.56% of Angus Energy’s issued share capital.
