Oriole Resources plc announced its non-executive chairman John McGloin will step down. Mr McGloin, who joined the gold exploration company in September 2018, will become chief executive officer of Diamond Fields Resources Inc. He will remain as chairman until 28 February 2022 unless Oriole appoints a successor before then.
